Corporate law · Muscat

The corporate firm for Oman's venture economy.

Structuring, financing and enforcement for founders, funds, and the companies they build.

Speak to our corporate team

Corporate law is not what we also do. It is what we do.

Most firms in Oman treat corporate work as one department among eighteen. We built the practice the other way round. Venture capital, technology and investment structuring are the centre of this firm, and litigation exists here to enforce what the corporate side builds.

That focus matters most at the point where Omani law meets instruments the market assumes it cannot accommodate. Convertible notes, option pools, foreign holding structures, staged financings. These are answerable questions under Omani law. Most of the market has simply not answered them.

The firm

Structuring and enforcement under one roof.

Deals are built by corporate lawyers and defended by litigators, and the two rarely sit together. Here they do. Our litigation side is led by counsel who spent a decade with Oman's Public Prosecution, which means the person who drafts your conversion mechanic and the person who would enforce it work in the same office.
