We hire rarely, and we hire for curiosity about problems the market has not solved.
This is not a large firm and will not be. What it offers instead is proximity: associates here work directly on structuring questions rather than on a slice of a document, and the person reviewing your draft is the person who negotiated the deal.
We are interested in lawyers who want to write. Our published work is a real part of the practice, and authorship is credited.
What we look for
- A law degree and admission, or a clear route to it in Oman
- Precision in drafting, in English and preferably in Arabic
- Willingness to take a position and defend it
- Interest in venture capital, technology or corporate finance
